We have been mistreated and physically attacked by the reception employee at les Airelles. We sent a dinner reservation request by email for Dec 31st with wife and kid. We got a reply with the menu and if we would like to confirm. We confirmed in reply to that email. All done mid November. All of a sudden when I asked what time we would be welcome 1 day prior there was no confirmation, no availability and no excuse.
