Wer lernen möchte, wie man Crêpes macht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich habe hier einen 4-stündigen Kurs belegt. Dabei lernt man Teig für Buchweizen-Crêpes (Galette) und Crêpes de froment herzustellen und damit zu arbeiten. Das ganze mit einer freundlichen Atmosphäre und entspannten Pausen mit Crêpes und Cidre zum Verkosten.
