Cadre cosy, le bois donne un aspect chaleureux à la salle de restauration et le salon avec ses gros fauteuils sont bien agréables pour y boire son apéritif ou son café à la fin du repas. We stayed at this lodge and had dinner with them every night of our visit which included roasted partridge, char fish, scallops in pumpkin soup, and desserts, wine and cheese to die for. The staff was incredibly helpful with everyone working extremely hard to ensure we understood the menu and that all our expectations were exceeded. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel and restaurant. Our suite was very nice with a balcony and a nice view. It was quite a good value in the Relais and Chateau group of hotels. The place was nice and the owner displayed pictures showing they served famous people including Chirac and Schroeder. I liked my menu. I started with a scallop in capaccio with crab meat. For the main course, a nicely cooked fish. The dessert was also nice. For my son, I was disappointed by the overcooked filet mignon. The proposed wine was also very good (a IGP). The very very negative point was the service and especially for a restaurant classified as 1 star michelin: i) Overall 3 hours in the restaurant while we arrived around 7pm. A house with history in with long family tradition. Although over 100 years old, one does not have the feeling that a renovation backlog in any form is present. Well maintained, furnished with great taste and harmony. This charming bedding alone does not give the impression of gimmickry it just fits. The entire team up to the senior chef impeccable, super friendly, attentive but not closed, gives you the feeling of having arrived. The food a dream of surprises. The Ceasar's salad alone, house style, is killer in the absolute positive. Never before have I eaten such an interpretation sensational! The main course more than impeccable and a charming Desert gave us the blissful rest.

Dinner in this beautiful restaurant. very warm setting with woodwork. the wine map is quite exceptional with very competitive prices. service is simple and pleasant. Superbe endroit ! Nous y avons choisi un menu à 58 €, presque parfait selon nos goûts : cuisine inventive, parfaitement exécutée, quantité suffisante, un vrai plaisir. La carte et le choix pour ce menu sont toutefois un peu trop courts pour envisager d’y aller 2 soirs de suite, sinon... Mais nous y reviendrons certainement dans quelques temps.

We stopped by as a surprise visit. Nice alpine chalet style place. The house represents french gastronomic values with new features like an all vegetarian menu. Food was perfect, the wine list is impressive, staff attentive and knowledgeable.
