we were there with friends on Saturday noon and we spent an excellent time, zero flaw! The decor is super and full of humor, we always find a small detail that we had not noticed it is too simpa and yet the room is very small!What has the kitchen we were disappointed not to be able to take tapas because they are on the menu only in the evening but we were pleasantly surprised not the menu at 13€50 entry/plat or plate/dessert, without chichische the choice between 3 desserts For wines, we were very well advised and tasted 2 excellent reds. In short a very long opinion to say that if the quality is the same all year you can go the eyes closed!
Food is all handmade, fresh, bio and incredible great. You get fresh and great white wine, fantastic Rosé and the delicicous red bio and biodynamique Wine from Corbiére, Minervoir, Provence and Côtes du Rhon. Music is great. From RocknRoll, Stones and Independent Punk: Cedric and Jef have a great taste as well on Music..And on top, design & furnishing are unique....I simply can tell everybody: You really have to go there. For Lunch, Dinner or only for some finger food. Bonne app et santé. Enjoy it. Don
great moment and very nice meeting with the two managers. all dishes are from local products (no freezer). the original Parisian managers have melted into the south-west culture. They convey their passion for cooking and people.Thank you very much we will come back with great pleasure. for others don't hesitate anymore you will not be disappointed. Parisian future Toulouse ;-)
very nice discovery of this very nice little bistro or there are very good local products, organic in large part and a great welcome. we arrived very late and yet were very well received! Thank you again, and to a next stop on it!
from the welcome to the plate, zero fault! of the good mood for gourmets and their taste buds! No chichis, a frank talk, real dishes based on real good local products, we return the eyes closed!
We went for lunch and found the food to be reasonably priced. The Toulouse sausage and mash was delicious but the tarte au chocolat was a bit tasteless. The local blonde beer was also delicious.
If you pass by toulouse stop without hesitation! a warm welcome, good charcuterie, excellent wine, a quality cuisine, without chichi and very well executed.
Very nice little bistro. tapas are excellent (especially tuna rillettes and goat-burned cream). Very nice bosses! short one of my favorite addresses!!
