We had lunch here 2 days ago and ordered 1 galette and 1 crepe each. THIS 5 STAR GOES TO THE YOUNG SERVER WHO RUNS THE SHOP BY HIMSELF!!! So yes we took a while to be served, but he was the only one to manage the orders for all the tables, welcome the customers, serve them and cash them... and all this with extreme kindness and care to reassure that he came to take care of us right after... But where is the boss? It 's disrespectful to leave all the work to one person. This 5 star goes to the waiter because all quality work deserves recognition and to the cook because the food is excellent and it is clear that unlike some restaurants the buckwheat dough is not cut .
Overall satisfied with the meal in this crêperie. The pancakes and pancakes are very good, on the other hand regarding the frangipane crêpe, a bit surprised to have the crêpe with just frangipane tips below.
