We took a crêpe and 2 drinks. In the plate 2 hairs of 2. 3 cm my daughter has long hair and I have a shaved head. I'm going to see the boss to let him know. Not a word came out of his mouth... I don't think I'm going to the crêpe stand and I see three waitresses take care of it. No one's got gloves, everybody's touching pancakes. I'm making it to the boss but Tjs nothing. No reaction. By leaving Mr tells me goodbye, I inform him that I will leave him a very good comment on different sites. His answer. But the Germans have gone since well to France. It's not sure it's from us. This is the behavior of this boss. The slightest thing would have been to redo a crêpe and apologize for anything els...
Very bad reception, server that is there you don't even know why because far from being able to accommodate a table of 4 for a taste with pancakes and drinks. On the 4 drinks a request for a glass of water which anointed this individual who blows like a beef at that request. At the time of serving he immediately asks the money and says: you will see between you to make your accounts!!!!!! But what GROS C....... I know it's not obvious to have staff but to have people like that will only make the customers get away more and more!!!!!! Dommage ..........
The brewery is an institution in the mall The basics are always there: fast, efficient and simple but varied dishes The dishes are good and the fresh products. No bad surprise for a dessert menu less than 16€ We get out of there filled in an optimum time less than an hour).
I came to this brewery to take a chocolate and I am very disappointed to see that it is a chocolate with water.... Why not put milk? For €3.20, the little cup, I think we're entitled! Or at least let the customers know... I hope it'll change!
