I put 1 star for the service that was attentive however regarding the kitchen... We ordered a risotto and a fried carpaccio. We were here on Monday night's holiday return for them, August 23 exactly. The risotto was insipid, really tasteless. In any case, it was basmati rice (I’m sure it wasn’t risotto rice) that was soaked in cream/bouillon that I know... I reported it, I was squeezed a second time, but even noticed... As an excuse, I was told: “We are back on a holiday and the leader is not the usual one. It comes from Saverne and it’s true that he doesn’t make the risotto like the chef of Sarrebourg” uh.... very limited. The customer does not have to see that the restaurant has just reope...
Today ran by the **** who was actually jammed while I was hoping for a fresh and towed meat inside. For potato cakes it seemed to be a second temperament in the oil and I have a doubt about the freshness of the preparation. We had been satisfied so far, but I find that quality has deteriorated a bit lately. We have already enjoyed better plates in your establishment.
For the first time, we were particularly disappointed with the quality of the menu. We do not know if the cook was on leave or changed but from the beginning to the end of the meal, nothing was at the height of this restaurant. Are not ready to go back!!!
