in the plate, the products are beautifully well worked (tataki tuna, knives with gruissanaise, octopus tentacle, lamb mice, wolf net. the presentation to the top and the mixture of unmatched flavors on gruissan. the waiting time is very reasonable and the service always of high quality, season after season. the rates are at the height of the service, for a good value for money.We were accustomed to the slate market menu, replaced by a qr code. It's rare to find such an establishment on a tourist place like the beach of the chalets with, as a bonus, view of the old news and the canigou.
