We went twice to Les Chevrelles we enjoyed it so much. First time with family on a warm sunny day. Second time as a couple when it was raining heavily. Both times we enjoyed good hearty food and nice wine to wash it down. Enjoyed. By families, couples and groups of cyclists! Tartiflette, salad a chips hit the spot after a good long hike up to beautiful Mont Caly. The second visit I savoured the platter of local meats and cheeses with hearty bread. It does get busy here. We were lucky to get a table both times. One small note our daughter in law is a fussy vegetarian and ended up just getting a plate of chips -her choice- there are so many regional delights to chose from.
In addition to its extraordinary exhibition facing Mont Blanc, the terrace of Chevrelles is neat, decorated soberly with a certain chic and well shaded. The staff is attentive and quite charming. Listening, fast and efficient. The kitchen is simply good. Copious dishes made with local products. For example, a cep omelette (with lots of ceps! and excellent (and many potatoes jumped for 17 or 18 €). As a client, I'm not asking for anything more! The set is perfect. However, victims of their success, there is a lot of people and the wait can be a little long...
A gourmet break with a beautiful view. The restaurant is ideally located to admire the massifs. After several passages to taste their blueberry pie at the end of the walk, we decided to dine in this restaurant. The dishes are at the level of view: comforting, generous and tasty! I recommend the tartiflette. The service is also very professional, a winning combo.
What an amazing restaurant! My friend and I took the gondola up to the top of the hill and walked to the restaurant. You can also drive there. We had no reservation and they were completely packed but we were able to get a table. The food was outstanding and the view even better! A very nice place with a view of the mountains, breathtaking. We eat simple, good and homemade. Rare nowadays. Smiling and thoughtful service. Preferably.

Perfect place to pause if walking on Mont Chery or Mont Caly. Great views from the veranda and wonderful local food and wine.
