It really isn't hard. You don't need a degree in customer service. Just replace the out-of-date (by 3 months! bottle and we can all be friends. But no. Took three interactions with staff to eventually get my money back (when actually I just wanted a decent beer! This level of bad practice and bad grace is indicative of a wider malaise in this establishment perhaps. One to avoid.
Went there for the Assiette provencale and was very pleased. Got a sample of a lot of local dishes on just one plate, each one being large enough to taste it again and again. From the number of guests eating mussels, that must be a very popular dish from this place, despite being so far from the sea!
We went here one Saturday evening were pleasantly surprised with the fixed price menu at about 20E. Good quality food and friendly staff. A good choice in his typical Provencal village
