Really disappointed with our experience! Ordering 4 pizzas in Uber eat Sunday evening, well it never arrived! We waited more than 1h30! At the end of an hour the delivery man asked for the estimated waiting time for us, he was answered “I don’t know”. Later he asks again and we announce him 25 minutes waiting... He has been tired of waiting so he announces that he cancels the order. The result is 22h and a 3-year-old who waits for his pizza before going to bed... Excessive we decide to call and when we finally get them on the phone we announce that “we have more ingredients and it’s been a long time! "We are happy to learn it! 4 pizza ordered around 7:30 pm with delivery Uber eat scheduled at 8:35 pm... 9:45 pm tjr nothing with a delivery man who has been waiting for more than an hour in front of the sign. This one must (logically) cancel the order by warning me who could no longer afford to wait. We call and we are told that it’s been more than an hour since there are no ingredients... that we only have to take burgers if we’re not happy! It is no use to offer these services for such behavior without counting the unpleasant and haughty tone of the person on the phone. Too bad we were satisfied during our previous order. Plan what it takes in your fridge if you’re hungry!
Excellent FoodTruck. Pizzas are well garnished and taste is excellent. We took The two berets, basquaise and chorizo complete, the three were very good, we enjoyed ourselves. And the final with the homemade dessert of the day that was a tiramisu, a pure feast. Pizza lover, I recommend this foodtruck. :D
