No card shown. the dishes are good but the very small parts (the medallions of the lotte should not weigh more than 30g) and the accompaniment is only useful to accompany. Good idea that snails in the maroual. Lamb mice was melting but should not be cooked to respond to the order and honey hid well the absence of cooking sugars. We were very welcome. the hotel manager was listening to our requests and the atmosphere was warm and the very Provencal setting, a true Provencal building. We can deplore the veritableness of our room that would need a little modernity "the carpet on the ground was too much." However our friends have benefited from a more modern and current room. the location is not an asset especially for the rooms located on the roadside. Overall one night has been enough for us all the more because prices remain high enough compared to the benefits offered.
we had lunch on a Saturday noon of early October on the terrace at the back of the restaurant we were very well welcomed and nothing to say about the peaceful and pleasant atmosphere we chose menus with beautiful surprises especially the tasty entries a very successful foie gras cream for my husband and rednets with perfect cooking and a very acidulated sauce an address to remember for our next stay

the very good meal but perhaps a little just in quantity for a good eater. The staff is pretty discreet. Nice and quiet place for a head-to-head.
