Although accustomed to this beautiful and good house, on Sunday we were once again amazed by the quality and the subtleties of the dishes that we tasted that day. We noticed this when we left for Adeline, one of the two chefs with Julien who, too modest, returned the compliment by telling us that it was we who had chosen the dishes...as if it were only thanks to to us if we had enjoyed ourselves so well... Add to that the welcome, the kindness and the impeccable service of Vanessa, and you leave Fables thinking of only one thing, to come back very quickly... Thank you all and see you soon!
Les Fables is a very nice traditional burgundian restaurant with a center room and two private dining rooms. We were there in early July '23 for a wedding anniversary and ordered from a pre selected menu arranged by our hosts. All the dishes were quite good and the wine selection excellent (as you might assume being ib Burgundy however that is NOT always the case! A leisurely three to four hour meal with impeccable service from a very welcoming staff. Cannot speak to the prices as this was arranged and paid for by our hosts.
What a great discovery! very good dinner with a discreet but efficient service. the quality of the dishes that fry the macaron michelin. excellent homemade smoked salmon and delicious truffle risotto. Pears/maroon dessert more than perfect. Moreover, everything is served a lot. beautiful wine map at very affordable prices. If you pass by the fountains don't sweat.
Toujours un très grand plaisir de venir dans cet établissement. Accueil chaleureux, cuisine très raffinée et innovante. Gastronomie haut de gamme qui mérite vraiment le détour. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un tel restaurant dans la région. Je recommande fortement.

One of the best places we’ve eaten in France the menu is fantastic and the food is cooked and plated to perfection. Would highly recommend the prices are very reasonable too. A fabulous stop.
Excellente cuisine, très beau cadre malgré la proximité de la route, seul point noir le service peut-être un peu long (quasiment 1h15 entre l'entrée et le plat)
