If you walk through the streets of Avoriaz and look through the windows of the restaurants, you will notice that this is one of the most busy restaurants in Avoriaz. All these people cannot be wrong. We ate here 3 nights during our stay. To ensure we get a table, we had to book on the first day for the rest of the week. They have 2 sittings in the evening, 7pm and 9pm.The food is excellent and the service friendly. It is busy and it is a bit of a squeeze because they pack as many people as possible in, it was not a problem. Have eaten at Fontaines Blanches during each of our visits to AvoriazIt's very busy so you really need to bookOur large table covered most of the extensive menu and it was all excellent - snails, frogs legs, steaks, pizza, salads, ribs, spaghettiSnails were fab though maybe only go for 6 next time instead of 12! Steak was perfectly cooked very well seasoned and good qualityCrime brûlée to finish was well cooked with good thin crispy topService throughout was great - friendly efficient and patient with the annual attempt to order in French!A little on the pricey side maybe but in our view well worth it as we had a lovely evening

Visited the restaurant on Friday night, it was a very loud and warm inside, very cosy table setting. We had the Caesar salad & duck. Both were very tasty, well prepared with fresh ingredients. After dinner, a few waiters started dancing and singing throughout the restaurant on tables, hilarious stuff!

Very good. We ordered the meat and veggies to cook on a hot stone. They served it with the standard 5 sauces and fries. Everything was delicious
