C’est nouveau et c’est dans l’air du temps. Le restaurant de l’hôtel « Les bulles de mer » au jolie nom « Les Ganivelles » s’adapte aux attentes du plus grand nombre avec un menu le midi en deux services à 19€50 ou à 25€ avec entrée, plat et dessert. Ouvert à tous, donc aux clients de passage, ce restaurant est une formidable opportunité. C’est beau, c’est bon et c’est au prix du marché. J’ai testé avec une splendide tartine au saumon gravelax maison, suivit d’un filet de dorade frais au beurre blanc, ponctué par une soupe de melon et pastèque glacée. We spent 13 days at Hotel Les Bulles de Mer in 1/2 pension: only happiness! A very nice hotel with the services we expected! We took our meals at the restaurant les Ganivelles. A sincere bravo to the chef who has enjoyed an original, tasty and innovative cuisine every day. As for the service, what a beautiful youth team! All very pro, very friendly! All and all warm and effective PS: thank you Valentin for your efficiency, your kindness, for your welcome: always the gesture on, the right word! Bravo
Beautiful establishment very close to the sea by a swimming pool. Pleasant and neat decoration. Nice choice of cards. The dishes are good and the service pleasant but a lack of experience for some (cutlery is forgotten and mistake covered meat instead of fish) we had the wrong day computer problem and very very long service and cold dishes on arrival. Several customers have complained. I still give 4 stars because we had a commercial gesture and surely an error of one day.
It is always with great pleasure that we return regularly to the restaurant les Ganivelles or we always spend very good culinary moments....the chic bobo deco is superb as well as the terrace facing the pool. Just think about displaying the dinner menu that changes every day in the morning, because it wasn't always done last season.

Everything starts well: good reception, nice setting and a nice day menu with especially a vegetable menu. Then... disappointing plates, berne flavours, mist taste for tuna... 36€ the menu (excluding drink) all the same! In addition, we wanted to get paid in addition to the menus and drinks on the side table! Pass your way...
What a disappointment! I suppose the restaurant has changed its chef in view of last year's comments Fed dishes, too cooked, no sauces, 4 slices of veal hiding warmed vegetables (champions and peas resembling strong to canned) . Only desserts were correct. All this for 55 € On the other hand very pleasant service
