I couldn’t judge the quality of the restaurant today because I haven’t attended the hotel since it was purchased. However, I find it regrettable to have abandoned what made the particularity of this performance restaurant: the inclusion of young people out of the system. Today, the very “classical” identity of this restaurant no longer attracts me.
