I couldn’t judge the quality of the restaurant today because I haven’t attended the hotel since it was purchased. However, I find it regrettable to have abandoned what made the particularity of this performance restaurant: the inclusion of young people out of the system. Today, the very “classical” identity of this restaurant no longer attracts me. What a shame to kill initiatives of solidarity for the benefit of the expansion of companies. disappointing from the city of lormont which made the choice of this new operator.
