Top-notch hotel, catering and service! My partner and I had a lovely time, the staff are really welcoming and attentive, which is very much appreciated. We dined on the bistro side, good flavors, meat cooked to perfection, a la carte choice (not too much but it 's ideal for good cuisine) as well as the hearty breakfast. The place is really well located, original in the troglodyte feel, I was ' 'afraid ' ' of being cold and in the end it was very cozy, very cocooning, our rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, we loved everything, superb view of the Loire, during spring and summer it must be very relaxing.
