A perfect evening thanks to Mathieu and Nathalie who welcomed us in the most total simplicity, like at the cabin, and to their great products. Hot oysters with Camembert prepared by the owner: killer. Perfect Mathieu cooking salad. And the icing on the cake, a lovely evening to discuss their daily lives as oyster farmers. Great address.
