The dish (fish) is like I like: 10 different accompaniments with multiple flavors, instead of putting a big piece. The dessert: I cried with emotion! Extremely good, excellent food. We are taking 36 bottles of their excellent Rose home to London so we can relive our annual holiday nights in Banyuls sur-Mer. We were invited to be part of the grape harvesting ext week but sadly on our way back to London by them so hopefully next year. Bon appetit
