Pour les plats, le daim était exquis, tendre et savoureux, tandis que le sandre était parfaitement cuit, délicat et sublimé par un accompagnement tout en justesse. Chaque assiette est travaillée avec soin, aussi belle que délicieuse. Les desserts ont parfaitement conclu ce repas : un dessert autour du chocolat, intense et gourmand, et une tarte façon tatin absolument divine.
