Na een bezoek aan de basiliek is het aangenaam om hier een kop koffie/thee met macarons te nuttigen. De koffie en thee waren erg lekker. Vooral de koffie met volle hazelnoot smaak volgens mijn vriend. Ook de macarons zijn erg lekker, al is het erg lastig om aan de kleur te herkennen welke smaak het is. De kleuren zijn niet zo duidelijk als wij ze kennen in Nederland. De zaak is modern en fris ingericht. De zitjes zijn comfortabel, een marmeren vloer en alle balken zijn wit geverfd. Wij vonden het prettig om hier even uit te rusten en onze droge keeltjes te smeren na een stijle wandeling de berg op in zo'n 24 graden.
Nous ne sommes pas restés au salon, nous avons seulement pris une boîte de macarons à emporter. Le prix est très modeste pour des macarons (10€ les 11). Nous avons pris presque tous les goûts : ils sont vraiment bons, faits maison avec que des ingrédients naturels - tellement meilleurs que ces horreurs décongelées qu'on nous vend à 15€ les 4 dans les boulangeries et supermarchés ! La vendeuse est également très agréable.
Having spent one night in one of the Airbnb rentals, I recommend. Old building that keeps fresh. Discreet entrance on the avoiding side of passing through the tea room each time. Apartment in itself large and well equipped. In the center of Vézelay and right next to the basilica.

Macarons house excellent, cozy decor and friendly welcome. (For those who find that macaroons lack taste, it's fast time to return to the McDo to waste sugar... Deformed palace, deregulated papillae!
I had the pleasure of discovering on Avallon and so I am also going to the tea salon of Vezelay .... my daughter loves those to the vine fishing and they are not too sweet while remaining light.
Excellent discovery. A little gourmet moment, the welcome is warm. We recommend macaroons and homemade hot chocolate, a real chocolate as there are no more many!
