a menu at 26,50 per person and a very interesting choice of dishes. an excellent home brandade, a tasteful eggplant pope, a little too close to the martin eggplant bread, but good for admissions. a lamb shoulder and a daurade net for dishes, very tasteful and surrounded by vegetables for our pleasure. purée de panais, carrots et courgette glacées, gratin dauphinois fabuleux. desserts are on the same range, very good and fresh. a fruit salad offered to the person who did not want to eat sugar, made at the minute and based on fresh fruit only. We'll be back with pleasure.
If you want to eat in a quiet and warm setting, away from the noises of the traffic, I recommend this restaurant, so you can eat outdoors at the edge of the swimming pool, the service is perfect, the dishes well presented while remaining copied, surprising for a menu at 25 euros. small hotel in the heart of the village of maussane, friendly welcome.
