We had hoped to go to Sel de Grain but they were fully booked so after a walk along the waterfront we decided the 4.5 star rating on Tripadviser made this place worth trying. Not disappointed.The evening sunset was superb and made the atmosphere special.My starter of mixed salad was excellent and the fish main was well- presented and tasty. Mrs I&G had the tielle which she enjoyed.Great service and a good location makes this place well worth a visit.
On the recommendation of friends of friends who own a place here we cycled through a rainstorm & arrived here dripping wet! Pleasant waitress took our order. We went with the recommendation of the €16.50 plat du jour. A really nice 3 course lunch followed and we had a 59cl pichet of rosé which was rather pleasant. All very good and would thoroughly recommend it.
Do not miss the 'pierrades' of le Ponton - this is an absolute must for seafood lovers. Very abundant and good, tasty, fresh food, right from the sea ! Terrace is nice, warm welcome from the personnel. We ate it twice one evening after the other. Enjoy !
This place is really radio rather good. Last time I went I saw some great Tapas, this time I ordered it and they were great. The chef came round to see if we were all happy bunnies A good touch - recommended
