Accueil parfait, service au top et détendu . Qualité des plats irréprochables, mises en bouche de la mer et de la terre , 1ere fois qu’on voit ça mais topissime. Asperges de Mallemort délicieuses et les huîtres avec leurs sauces maltaise, une vraie bombe gustative . Pigeon de Pornic délicieux et retour de pêche (daurade royale cuite à l’unilatérale). Pour les desserts, chocolat, une vraie tuerie ou fraises extra… Mignardises excellentes également . Une magnifique adresse avec une vue extraordinaire, demandez à être tout devant lors de notre réservation . L’étoile est la et bien la .. pour longtemps encore quand on voit la qualité de ce que propose ce restaurant . Ne changez rien !
Restaurant Les Pêcheurs is a Michelin stared restaurant located in Antibes with an amazing view over the sea. The head chef is the talented Nicolas Rondelli who’s focus is on high quality products. Food was very good, very balanced and delicate flavors. Presentation of the dishes is uncluttered, focusing only on the main ingredients. Service was very attentive, friendly but overall the pace of the service sometimes was irregular, resulting in a long dinner (about 3h45). Overall a great dinner in a little corner of paradise. If you are in the area give it a try.
A fair and perfect plate where Mediterranean flavours are intelligently blended. A remarkable service, present but not oppressive, smiling and coming without being familiar. And the sumptuous setting of this hotel redesigned and rebuilt in the purest style of Palm Springs, beautiful and elegant but never ostentatious. Sublime experience.
Hard to put less than 5 stars: everything was perfect. The magnificent view, the service to small care, the very fine and aesthetic cuisine, and the incredible desserts that sublimate a perfect evening. Thanks to all the actors in this restaurant for this unforgettable moment.
