Pizza or art? Today pizza is banalized and has become a cheap product on which one thinks that in every case the restorer will make a lot of profits. Not here! Pizza certainly costs 14 to 18€ but the pasta, the ingredients are at the rendezvous. The burrata ENORME covering pizza is not this piece of plastic that you could have eaten in a pizza at 12€ elsewhere. The ham of parma deposited after cooking is elegant. Unlike several other pizzayolo 2.0 that throws it at the end of cooking. Dessert top! Entrance with antipastis (arranchini, mozza stick... at the top. Small advice favor dessert to the antipaste because at the end of the meal you will explode! Eat 4 pizzas per month with ingredients...
