I don't think I have the same tastes as previous contributors (which I respect in their analyses)The pizza dough is dry. Not quite hydrated and so brittle. The sauce bases are basic. Assemblies with vegetables and meat do not give a nice vision of pizza. The taste in the mouth is unfortunately far below what should be a pizza. Traveling a lot of which in Italy in Florence and more precisely in the covered market, pizza is simpler but sublime.
