This evening we had hors d'oeuvres of foie gras de canard poêlé, terrine maison and carp sausage. For the entrée a selection of grenouilles, lake fish, Bresse chicken and Charolais beef, followed by a choice selection of mostly local cheeses, and the freshest desserts of sorbets from fresh forest fruits. A beautiful discovery... A charming place with a beautiful terrace shaded by old dish. The little story wants it to be a station a long time ago but today a delicious gastronomic moment of the Dombes. From the entrance to dessert everything has been perfect (special lion for frogs that are delicious ...and a very attractive wine cellar). A great bravo to very efficient and courteous personnel.
