Dans un joli cadre, simple, espacé et sans chichis, la chef et son mari vous proposent une carte qui sent la fraîcheur et la cuisine simple. Simple, mais pas simpliste ! Derrière quelques valeurs sûres, il y a des risques comme cet œuf parfait sur sa crème de parmesan ou ce dessert tonitruant tellement son équilibre est parfait : le moelleux aux noisettes. Un superbe équilibre qui étonne d’autant plus de par une chef autodidacte ! Le niveau culinaire est élevé, sans prétention et avec simplicité et bonne humeur. Chapeau l’artiste !
Nous avons été déçus par ce restaurant.Je dirais que c’est un restaurant chaleureux mais Le gérant étant seul à servir, nous avons beaucoup trop attendu… Concernant les assiettes des plats principaux nous avons trouvé qu’elles étaient peu garnies et mon mari a été très très déçu par son confit de canard qui était sec comme c’est pas possible. Quel dommage… Surtout à ce prix ! Nous trouvons que les menus sont chers pour ce que nous avons mangé.
