charming and attentive welcome, very good cuisine, very fresh products worked with imagination and finesse, and thus nice culinary discoveries, wines sorted on the flap, surprising finesse of a mineral riesling, a young but very beautiful southwest ; just the dessert pear would have deserved to be poached in the wine and why not a spicy glückewein... than happiness! to redo without fault
My wife and I were the first to arrive at 7pm last evening and by the time we departed the restaurant was full on a Monday evening. We each got a main dish only. My filet was cooked perfectly and the sauce complemented it nicely. My wife got the cod dish and raved about it. My Alsatian Chardonnay was fabulous.
The two gentlemen running the restaurant were very nice and hospitable. What a great experience . Excellent food onion soup, bone marrow, and steak frite were great
