We are going to dinner in this restaurant of this savoyard station on the advice of the director of the residence where we stay for the fifteenth. We arrived around 9pm without reservation and were driven to a table by a server. We took 2 special menus and a bottle of white wine followed by a coffee and a digestive. The fondue and dessert were very good, the service a little less.At the end of the meal, we always had our drinks at aperitif and no water carafe. We had to claim our ordered digestive yet with the coffee ! in summary, a restaurant offering quality products spoiled by an approximate and unmarketing service.
the job was very nice, but the service was terrible. the waiter has constantly beaten the nose all night! extremely rough. While he had 1 person taste the wine, he already poured into the other glasses and then asked if it was good. we have asked some extra kartoffels in English and after 20mins we have asked again. He said he underestimated water, but we didn't lie so easy. Maybe with another waiter it would be 4 stars. lots of money for bad service. eating was acceptable, but nothing more. raclette with a charcuterie.
if I were to give less than 1/5. we sat at the smallest table in the corner with windy doors next to us. even if there were many tables free (we know that we were there more than 2 hours waiting for our food. to come. in this time no one asked us if we want to drink something else. no apologies. Eat tasted and was not even cooked enough....Burger was cold and in it was only meat and cheese. at the end we didn't pay for burger, but the whole experience was terrible.
family of 5 people a couple with 3 children we were very disappointed with the service we asked three pick up a child booster then the server come for a command does not offer us even an aperitif pass to the order of the meals good quality meals then the waiter puts us the card of the desserts on the table doesn't even speak to us I think the quality of the service goes to the head of the client finally the children have the right in their menu
terrace well exposed in front of snow, pleasant when there is the sun. the inside of the restaurant is beautiful also with a large fireplace. The kitchen is very good is very copyy. for the service, it's anything else, not many people so too much pressure on servers in peak hours, which sometimes makes them completely unpleasant.
the decor is superb, very warm. We went to 2 a noon this July 2017: very good.We returned to 4 on Friday of our departure: always as good. Too bad the waiter doesn't answer what they say and never smile! It's so much more enjoyable! This says I recommend it to you for the kitchen. Pizzas are also very good.
great time! nice service, good food. it was just a very beautiful moment. we went there for apetizer and diner. we both enjoyed: note that we also invited the singer who invited them for na show an evening. great tune, nice borrower. we liked her! in any case to go a place.
