Good choice for this friend to celebrate his retirement at Les Tables de La Fontaine. What a beautiful setting as the Domaine de Bel Air, located in Cérans Fouilletourte! As a guest, I had the joy of feeling an explosion of flavors in the mouth. On the palate: seaweed tartare and its peeled ceviche wasabi/ Tartarine of smoked vegetables black garlic On the menu: home foie gras and rhubarb/frizzle Almost vealed with grolles morilles sauce
We enjoyed the family meal at the restaurant Les Tables de La Fontaine which was privatized for the occasion. Good reception, excellent meals and very good value for money. Thanks to the whole team for this good time.
Good tab as it would be so reasonable price. And the atmosphere! Make yourself a must in the valley of Aure.
