We came here for the well known bouillabaisse and it was great but only order for half your group as they charge per head and its $75 its not that good, so with a table of 4 we ordered x 2 and that was perfect,...its a real show as the fish is distributed at the table and the fish is really fresh and changes daily dependent on what is caught, but the stock is more of a fish stock and all the flavours of a good bouillabaisse is missing. There is a good bar here and they have live music so a great night out just be careful on how you order.

We went back to Les Tamaris after 6 years, as we remembered their fabulous bouillabaisse. It was just as good this year! The restaurant was very busy yet the staff is professional and service minded. The evening almost drowned in a thunderstorm sitting outside...became a real challenge. However the staff did everything they could to create covers and rearrange. We were kind of lucky as many people were forced to leave. This was another way of making the bouillabaisse unforgettable.

We went for lunch there because we were recommended by friends. The bouillabaisse was delicious and the fish was really fresh, I thought they deserve their good ratings. It’s just that it was quite expensive, but overall the service was good and we had good experience.
This is the place if you want to taste a genuine great bouillabaisse away from the tourist traps. It is cooked on a wood fire, and needs to be ordered the day before. The place is always full during the season so booking is in any case a must.
Très bon accueil et surtout très bon service… les langoustes grillées magnifiques et un moment très agréable autour d’un bon rosé local… Bravo et encore merci de l’excellent repas et service
