De passage à Chalons en Champagne, petit arrêt dans ce restaurant, je désirais aller dans l 'autre qui est étoilé, mais une bonne intuition ma fait changer d 'avis, après un bon accueil ,nous prenons une table de deux personnes et nous commandons le menu avec entrée plat, après un amuse bouche assez banal, viens l 'entrée incontournable Œufs Meurette au Champagne Bonne saveur mais tiède.....pour ce genre de restaurant, la serveuse me demande si cela s 'est bien passé , oui, mais le plat était tiède, la serveuse rigole....peut être je suis un clown ou je viens du cirque Amar.....bref ce n 'est pas une réaction professionnelle......, je demande que la plat soit chaud, le plat arrive Dos de Cab...
Toujours aussi excellent chaque plat est un moment de bonheur peu importe ce que vous prenez sur la carte tout est délicieux. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens et je n'ai jamais été déçue. C'est mon restaurant préféré, bravo au cuisinier et tout le staff vous faites des merveilles
A lot of disappointment! a great coldness in the reception, no friendliness that leaves the impression of dinner in a totally anonymous place! an old-fashioned decor that would need to be refreshed. Flats without big peps and too classic.
It's impossible to say, but excellent. the dishes are refined, the quality of the products is felt, and the waitresses are all very pleasant. the choice of wines is of high quality. all for a price of 37€ for entry/plat/dessert. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Super ratio quality price. The menus offered are very good with regional and quality products. I was also very well welcomed with a fast service. Too bad there is no vegetarian choice but I have had a very good evening.
