We accidentally walked in looking for a dinner. The food and the Service were more than impeccable!!!! The waiter who served us was super cool, generous, made some excellent recommendations towards wines and meals and was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We savored beautiful wines and delicious meals, snails and fish soup and burgers and steaks were above all expectations! The waiter‘s recommendations towards beautiful white and red wines were on the spot!! Needless to say, we came in here for the 2nd evening meals the following say and enjoyed the experience immensely!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
A lovely young friendly English speaking couple own and run this; the wife is the chef and her husband the maitre d’. Great location in the square by the river and menu offers something for everyone. My snail starter was excellent. Piping hot and a tasty garlic herb butter. I found the frog’s legs too small with not much meat on and too crispy exterior. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their food and service and value for money money was just right.
We had lunch with a couple of friends, after reservation. Nice setting, good welcome. The dish of the day was delicious, plentiful and well presented, all for 15.50 euros. I recommend for the restaurant part, having not frequented the hotel.

Very nice food and friendly owner. Menu provides for plenty of local options, including meat, fishes, snails. Good choice of wines. Well located in the city center
I'm going to eat at the restaurant, I don't know the rooms. Nothing to say about the meal, because it was excellent. So I recommend the Hotel des Trois Maures.
Typical restaurant, simple without pretentious cuisine honest, fish too cooked and sauce too salty. Bof I won't come back
