Beautiful discovery thanks to a Charentian friend: the sparkling of mussels! Recovered pine needles to which fire is placed. Unique taste The formula with oysters etc...in entry and ice is top! Quick service, very competent and smiling waitress. Easy parking. Space to wash hands very well held, bright. I recommend this facility
Very good reception at the Escale de l'Huitre, we arrived at the end of service and were very well installed. Excellent products, the sparkling of mussels a real treat with its live cooking!! A beautiful team, marked by its professionalism and sympathy. We highly recommend!!
