A little discovery, a real mess. We enjoyed each other from the beginning to the end. The chef is a real enthusiast who loves us to share the gems of his region, his history and his dishes. In the entrance, it was a buffet, everything was home and fresh, in flat, we had roast, which was a real delight, and for dessert a great pie. The chief knows what he's doing, he loves what he's doing. It's always a pleasure to eat in places of enthusiasts, to chat, to enjoy and to spend an excellent time. It will be with great joy to come back to this fabulous establishment! For information, he's a catererer, you can leave him the furnaces without any concern.
We arrived without a reservation, but the were able to give us a table in the restaurant. It was a quiet table with a great view of the big fireplace. The service was friendly and attentive. All the meat was cooked over the coals from the fire. All the food was very well prepared and very tasty. Presentation was very nice as well. Great value! It is a short drive outside of Sarlat, but well worth it.
Ordered meal for the New Sylvester. Welcome very pleasant the dishes are prepared with great vacuum care to make the preparation for guests as much as possible. Explanations for all dishes, on their preparation how to warm them... A pure treat of the aperitif to the sumptuous dessert of a very great freshness. Really MERCI. I strongly recommend.
Great address, it's not the first time we've come to it, it's always as good. The leader welcomes you with a big smile. A beautiful map with various and varied dishes. The kitchen is succulent. Anyway, a good time spent with family or in love.
