L'Escapade - Tisch reservieren

This is not a great touristy part of St Etienne and a little way from the centre, but on your way to the football, it's between the station and the stadium. Their was a great atmosphere in the place, generated partly by the different nationalities attending the game, but also by the excellent and very patient staff who tended to our every need. Friendly and attentive and seemingly unflustered by the amount of beer that needed to be served by the solitary "tap" at the bar. The food was simple but tasty, and the blackboard of specials looked appetising. Changement de propriétaire récent .... Le nouveau patron est convivial et à l'écoute. Les menus sont variés et c'est "comme à la maison". On y passe un bon moment et le cadre est sympa. À recommander pour les repas de midi pour l'ambiance et le rapport qualité-prix .
