Always as good and pleasant. Friendly and dynamic servicers. Service relatively fast. Cooking prepared on site, flambées pies are super good and the different versions please. Big advantage: flambées pies can be (are often) ordered in 1/2 serving, which allows to taste several or not to make waste! Possibility of eating inside or in the inner course. Think of booking ahead because it's stormed! I recommend!
very pleasant experience at the Auberge de l'Espérance! The choice of flambées pies is ideal, the perfect service, two adorable young ladies, two organic vines were very good. What more? This is a very positive opinion is valuable to future guests of the hostel.
