I consider this the best hotel/restaurant in all of France. The accommodations are superb and the restaurant has the best food I have eaten anywhere, particularly if you like foie gras, rie de veau, and truffles. The owner/proprietor, Sophie Bouland, as well as her chef husband, Claude Bouland are most gracious hosts. I have visited almost yearly for the past 20 years.
