Very good time spent at the ethym’sel. Service is effective. The dishes were simply excellent. Well-worked products and controlled cooking. Everything you need to get a good dish. However, large flat on the tone floating island dessert, which is clearly not up to the rest, both in terms of presentation and in terms of appreciation and which therefore leaves a little frustration at the end of the meal. Too bad because everything was perfect.
A must-see address from Mâcon. The owners/persons are very friendly. The kitchen is very good, with a menu that changes very regularly (take up on their site before going to check that you'll like dishes). The price quality ratio is perfect. I recommend.
Coming as a couple, we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish (starter, main course, dessert). The service is friendly and attentive, the dishes are exquisite and the wines are well chosen. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thank you for the welcoming !
