Can't we give 6 stars? It happens once in a while. You find confidence in humanity, and you say that there are people who do wonderful things. L'Etoiline is all that on your plate, but much more too. The menu changes regularly, which means that it is not frozen, but fresh products, which rotate, and which please customers and chefs too. The price is amazing... for 20% less than at Paul's, you have a real, good, hearty meal. The prices are deliberately accessible, without compromising on quality or proportions.
