I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but I'm disappointed by their new ordering system. They've switched from allowing customers to order by the pound for customization to only offering limited combo options. There are just four combos available, with only one option that includes crab. I personally love crab and tiger shrimp, but they have a strict no-substitution policy, which is frustrating because I don't like mussels and they’re included in the combo. At $75, I'd be paying for things I wouldn’t normally order. It seems silly—if they allowed us to order what we actually wanted, we would have easily spent over $100. My husband is still talking about the dinner we had here days ago. We tried the fish roll with garlic butter and lemon pepper fries as the side. It was fried to perfection and the medium spice level was perfect. The fries were not overly seasoned. The loaded fries came when nacho cheese and parmesan and some brisket. Very filling on their own. We will definitely be back to try the seafood by the bag. The fried banana dessert was also very delicious!
Newly open establishment. Great customer service, the clerk actually came to our table to check and see how the food was for us. Unique method of ordering different rolls and bags. Many tasty flavors to choose from. The quality of the ingredients are fresh. Would have received 5 stars but the pricing of items such as drinks shouldn't be as high priced since one roll can cost $20.00. Definitely recommend for foodies to try at least once.
Charming little place with modern touches. Bench seating is great for watching the content they play on the TV, but will you come here to watch TV? NO! Prices have skyrocketed! The food lacked flavor, and when I asked for additional seasoning, they charged extra. It’s not like it used to be. There was no taste at all! I’m really disappointed—my kids and I used to visit frequently, but we won’t be coming back.
My God daughter took me there last night for my 1st timy 1st time and the butter garlic medium spicy seasoning shrimp poboy was amazing and the sweet potato fries were fresh and hot off the fryer. The staff was nice, pleasant and attentive I will be back.
Love the food. The portion sizes are small. I tried the lobster roll with spicy Cajun seasoning. It was greasy but not spicy enough. The bag of shrimps is not peeled. The garlic noodles tasty. The lemon pepper fries too salty.
