Recommended to call at Leutschenhaus for lunch and we were not disappointed. A warm day with lunch on a terrace with uninterrupted views down the valley to the lake and Rapperswil beyond. Delightful spot and charming staff. Comprehensive lunch menu and our selections were tasty and well presented. Not at all pretentious and well worth a visit if you are in the area. Children are welcome and it obviously gets busy as there are covers inside and out for I would think 150. Although we didn't make a choice from the wine list it is comprehensive. Altogether a delight and an experience which will remain memorable for some time.
War früher das Obsgarten-Team und jetzt seit Februar 2022 im Leutschenhaus. War so glücklich zu erfahren, dass sie diesen Ort jetzt leiten. Unser Lieblingsgericht ist das Fisch-Knusperli in Korbli und der Calamare, aber dieses Mal war es ausverkauft. Dazu gibt es einen großartigen Weißwein aus Puligny Montrachet und alles ist perfekt. Ich bin so froh, immer eine tolle Zeit zu haben und mit dem großartigen Service von Roshni und ihrem Mann ist es in guten Händen.
This is one of our favourite restaurants.Run by a very sweet and charming couple that are very helpful when pairing the right wine to your dish choice.The place has great views from the terrace and they also produce their own wines.We cannot thank you enough for our evenings there.The experience will make you repeat!
I have been there for a business lunch! Place is great, surrounded by vineyards and the inside too. You'll feel home in a cosy yet modern way. Food was ok, you can have their wine served too and with a veggie option. Will go back on a week-end.

We are meanwhile regular guests and appreciate the cosy, familiar atmosphere at Leutschenhaus run by friendly couple (mrs and mr Frisch). The vineyards and great surrounding make this place a perfect spot for any occasion.
Great menu, nice atmosphere, great food, friendly service. Veal tartar with truffles, lamb racks with walnut crust, crisp straw french fries fried to perfection, homemade sour cherry crumble... cant wait to go back.
It is an amazing restaurant, great atmosphere, very good food a symphony of tastes and a nice variety of wines. The service on par with everything else.
