For my move, I ordered furniture for my bedroom from the Pfister branch in Dübendorf. The on-site advice was extremely professional and pleasant. However, from the moment the order was placed, a number of problems arose: 1) The delivery address was mixed up. 2) The pass-partout for the box did not correspond to the exhibition model. 3) The repeat order was not delivered as agreed. 4) The fitters had no access to the orders and were not informed. Great, wide range. However, finding a product that you have seen on the Internet is almost impossible without help. Luckily, the very friendly lady at the information desk was able to help us, but only by calling a colleague. Unfortunately, the product, the Valdera chair, didn't convince us. We were never actively asked whether we needed help. A young man sitting behind a computer couldn't help us either. He doesn't know anything about it. We left the business without having achieved anything and only left with the following impression: as expensive as a pharmacy and without really good customer service. We won't come here again.
My sofa (ordered in May 2023) was defective and incorrectly delivered with a delivery delay of over 2 months. In addition, spare parts that were listed in the order were not delivered. I had to contact the seller several times to ask where my order was, but I was repeatedly put off and given incorrect timing information. The new sofa was not ordered immediately but only after 3 weeks because there was a misunderstanding in communication between the seller and customer service. The new sofa arrived perfectly fine in mid-February. The management personally addressed my problem and I was adequately compensated.
Möbel Pfister ist eine Marke, die eher für ihre Qualität als für ihre Quantität bekannt ist. Auf der Suche nach einem TV-Schrank haben wir diesen Ort besucht. Leider konnten wir nicht das richtige Möbelstück finden, aber es gibt immer etwas, das man in der Küchen- oder Haushaltsabteilung mag und kaufen kann. Da es ein Tag zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr war, war der Laden überfüllt und das Personal war ziemlich gestresst, aber dennoch freundlich. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln sind, könnte dies eine Adresse sein, die es sich lohnt anzuschauen.

Noble design, quality Swiss makers... Clear lines feel a bit cool from memory, the Pfister used to be there Lots of knick knacks, small items and decorations for the festivities... Nevertheless, it was a pleasure to be able to feast your eyes and experience the beautiful and noble things...
The sofa I bought is not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The quality of the material and the workmanship are first class. It fits perfectly in my living room. Customer service was also excellent friendly, helpful and professional. I can highly recommend Möbel Pfister and will certainly shop there again in the future.
I received very friendly and competent advice at the Dübendorf branch. Bought the sofa bed and box spring bed and, to my great delight, they arrived before the originally planned delivery date. Simply a great shopping experience.
