Pre-booked via facebook for a meal at Levi's. Table prepared on arrival, great set menu prices, lots of options and very nice food. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We then had a table reserved for us for the show following which is a good service, unfortunately it was freezing in the room, staff did try to make it more comfortable by having electric heaters on however no one in the room removed their coats during the show. Stella looked most unimpressed at the half filled room (on a very cold January night) and from reading previous reviews photos etc I don't think the usual show was provided. Stella seemed to struggle for jokes, only sang 1 opening song, no outfit changes etc. Shame...
I’ve recently read some horrible reviews for the showboat, however this appears to have been from people who can’t be made happy even if they won the lottery! The showboat ticks all the boxes for everyone. Excellent service with a smile! Superb food cooked fresh each day for a really cheap price, excellent range of drinks available again for a competitive price, and no short measures in sight! Haha the entertainment is fantastic too! With Stella as a resident and differing talents of musicians all the time! Fantastic place to be! Always made to feel welcome and this is why people come back, time after time after time! Ignore the stupid comments!
We are regular clients to Showboat having gone at Christmas for years and Sunday lunches through out the year. Our previous reviews state consistently good food and service sadly that was not the case this time. We opted for the turkey and tinsel menu instead of our usual set menu option. Very ,very disappointing and not up to Showboats normal standard We noted that the restaurant were not accepting payment by card. This seemed bizarre for relatively high bills.
Been coming here every year and we can’t help but love this place. Had a lovely meal tonight, first after a few years off and the staff cannot do enough for you, they make the place. Now called showboat 21 but still amazing, great to see everyone. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Good food and drink reasonable prices, entertainment is excellent Stella Artois is near the knuckle but hilarious if easily offended go in early for the other acts, If you walk up toward the palace pop in you won’t be disappointed
I hope I’m leaving this review for the correct bar , as there seems to be a few . We went to watch lexi legs and what an amazing night we had . Great venue , great prices , great staff and a fab act
It's not Levi's anymore. Get a grip. New owners. Fantastic Sunday lunch then up on the roof terrace for the views. Now the tourist need to arrive. Lovely staff. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Come here for my hen do, had a great time ! Danny was great couldn't do enough for us there was plenty of drinks and nothing was too much trouble.
