I really hated to give Lews 3 but my family and I have been going to Lews since we moved from Az in 2017. Never have I had such bad service. She didn’t want to accommodate the kids. That’s never happened. They have kids meals but no kids drinks so usually we can get an orange juice and cranberry mixed. She said we don’t do that. That’s for adults who are drinking. So we got the cranberry juice but my grandson didn’t drink and then knocked over his sisters sprite because he couldn’t get what he wanted. I ordered green beans for the kids she brought fries. I have been a loyal customer of Lew's for years and used to look forward to their steak night. However, for the last three weeks, I've gone every Wednesday and ordered my steak medium rare, only to receive well-done steaks instead. After spending $75, I've finally decided that this special is no longer worth it. It seems there may be a new cook in the broiler, as I wasn't even asked how my steak was, so I couldn't provide feedback then. I didn’t want to complain on the spot; you never know how the staff might react. I ended up chewing through my meal and have no plans to return. If you’re dining with a group of three or more, you must order the Kitchen Sink! It’s perfect for sharing. I visited on a particularly busy night, and while our waiter struggled to keep up, another staff member stepped in to ensure we were well taken care of, which was much appreciated! The drinks were strong, and when the bill arrived, it was surprisingly less than I expected. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I did find the artwork on the walls a bit odd and politically charged, but it didn't really bother me. Just a fun place!
they’re horrible! the lady came out with several plates and didn’t even know what belonged to who! she passed my meal to the wrong person, they touched it and the waitressed gave it to me that’s unsanitary! she gave me sides first it took forever for them to bring my actual meal out! i waited for a about 35 minutes before i even got service. she didn’t give me silver wear and when i asked her for some she walked around the whole restaurant socializing before she gave my forks! As we walk, I can already feel the nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The chicken tenders I ate, were amazing! I can't wait to come back again
The food is great, and it's a nice local spot with outdoor seating. However, the music indoors makes it hard to have a conversation.
