On our final day in Franche Comte we decided to have lunch at L 'Exquis. As it was a Sunday we made a reservation and were placed at a table next to the river. A great start. Although the restaurant was full t waitress was quickly at our table to take an order for drinks at the same time bringing a large bottle of chilled water. By the time the drinks arrived we were ready to order and the waiting time for the food to arrive indicated fresh preparation but was not overlong. I cannot understand the lack of indulgence of customers. a cheap restaurant accessible to everyone, very friendly employees and a beautiful terrace. What better do you ask? apparently difficult to understand that a terrace full to crack in the summer can not serve you in 30 seconds and can not accommodate a large table at late hours for a service. in any case for my part wonderful experience
...they took the order with half hour delay. They served to food to the table members with AN HOUR delay to each other!! The wine prices are too high in compare with the wine quality. The language barrier is the smallest problem here. Better to avoid this place.
We wanted coffee and ice cream. We were 8. She had many empty tables. But the largest had only 6 chairs. It was impossible for her move two chairs to either end and not allowed for us to do it.

very nice restaurant on the edge of the wolf. the terrace under the lime trees is very pleasant and the dishes are hearty. And I'm raising my hats in service. the staff is really very jovial
