Pour nous amateurs de poissons et autres crustacés et coquillages...l'Hippocampe semblait l'endroit rêvé dans une semaine à Vichy ....sachant qu'ile étaient en vacances la semaine d'avant j'avais réservé 10 jours auparavant pour l'unique soir...le mardi 13 aout ou nous allions nous croiser....!! grande était l'attente ...grande fut la deception...!!! une salle petite et en longueur au bout de nulle part...un soir de pluie après une semaine de canicule... des tables trop serrées et trop petites surtout pour multiplier le nombre de convives...!!! adieu les normes de sécurité et de bien être tout simplement...nous avions demandé le *menu homard*..pour ce chef Breton exilé à Vichy il y a bien lo...
delicious restaurant! we took the lobster menu at 110 euros for two people 4 services, dessert and half bottle of white wine. everything was really good with a good agreement between the accompaniment and the lobster. the restaurant offers meat but I think it's better to order fish! the chef has the kitchen open to the room, it's very nice. the service is also pleasant and the smiling staff. We had a good time there. for us the ratio quality price and excellent, we will return there without hesitation!
dinner in love on Friday night of February, without having a reservation. We arrived early and fortunately! It was fast. excellent reception, nice service. the setting is contemporary while being warm. The smell is ally. sea cuisine, tasty with a refined presentation. good wine card at reasonable prices. It was a pleasant discovery. Really an address to be recommended!
Great discovery! staff attention (vegetarian menu for one of us), extremely attractive menus and very reasonable prices! When to the quality of the dishes: taste and savour ... ! their week menu in particular is unbeatable (served also on Saturday noon ... we will return to discover the others !
