The staff were very attentive and friendly. Shortly after we arrived in our room, they called to politely check if we needed anything and to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations. The sea-view room was impeccable—cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views. We also enjoyed an hour in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath, all included in the overnight price, which was a wonderful bonus. The dining experience was exceptional; the food was delicious and beautifully presented, making it a true culinary delight. I have no complaints about our stay; it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience that I highly recommend.
I arrived an hour early and wanted to enjoy a swim and sauna before my massage, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, with the manager running up and down the stairs to escort guests to the spa. Eventually, I had my massage with the wonderful Alexandra, who was amazing! It was a truly relaxing experience, complemented by some downtime in the Relaxation room afterwards, where there was plenty of flavored water, which is so crucial! I did suggest adding some healthy smoothies to the afternoon tea options instead of just cakes after such a refreshing detox session.
Absolutely outstanding in every way! The location is stunning, right on the waterfront, with breathtaking views of the bay. The rooms are well-appointed and feature spacious balconies overlooking the water. The restaurants offer an excellent selection on the menu, and the food is deliciously prepared and flavorful. The staff is exceptionally attentive and contributed greatly to our enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back soon!

Last night of Tennerfest. Lovely menu, beautiful food, wonderful service. Only downside was that it was dark so I missed the view of the bay hardly the hotel's fault : Many thanks to all the staff, next year I'll come for lunch and the view. Been here 8 years but first visit, won't be the last.
Brilliant hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Lovely pool with a warm jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Meal was amazing and the room was very spacious. Coffee machine in the room which made a very nice change. Will 100% be returning!

had a nice afternoon. massive selection and really delicious. I didn't catch the name of the man who served us, but he was really friendly and great with the children. we highly recommend.
