We were the only client when we were there on a Sunday evening and felt like we had a private chef. This is such a gem of a place. The chef is very steadfast in reducing his carbon footprints so all his ingredients are locally sourced. No spices, nor vanilla or cocoa. The only thing he can't help is his coffee supplies. Our dinner was perfect from beginning to end. A delightful tempura of estragon was served with our Vouvray sparkling wine as aperitif. Then an amuse-bouche of salmon boudin served with a cucumber delish to tempt our taste buds. we had a great 7-course dinner here. the ingredients were so fresh and all seemed to be bred or even grown locally in their own garden. the menu was very kreatiw, but not pretentious and everything was delicious. it was just a trip that we cannot recommend enough.
